Cochlear Implant Online is another fantastic resource. They have comparison charts, success stories, news and updates about technology, and more.
They also have a page about decorating your hearing devices, but as with the Listen-Up site, there are no pictures, and several of the links are out of date. I will create an entry with pictures for anything that is still relevant, and you can visit the original Cochlear Implant Online list of decorating ideas here.

Decorating with self-adhesive gems, stickers, nail foils!
There is a fun page on Facebook and a related blog (and Etsy shop) called "Pimp my Hearing Aids". The site has lots of ideas on bringing the bling to hearing devices, as well as tutorials and common sense advice.
One Tutorial shows how to make BTE devices pretty with nail gems. Another shows how to make a template to make your own custom stickers.
